This statement is just an urban legend, but it could be possible someone could be born without a belly button, but not most common :l

he had a belly button, but it was removed when he was sewn up after a sergery.

I think it could of been possible, then on the other hand we are all born with and umbilical cord. So it could of left some thing. Either that or he was hatched from a egg, which I doubt. Who knows. I'd like to see the physical and scientific proof of this before I can fully believe it anyways.

This is absolutely true.
Our grandson was born (caesarean) as an x ray showed his intestines were OUTSIDE his body....a condition known as "gastroschesis". He had surgery to reinsert the intestines within a few hrs, of birth. He has no navel (belly button), but he has a scar. I always told him he has a "brave button". He is 16 now, and healthy in every way.
