outer body pressure, gas changing consistency (thickness for the thick) inside the body. Basiclly the outer pressure squeezes the gas in the body, to a point it cant move.

This is a myth.

It should actually easier to fart at depth, because pressure is equalized. If your body is increasing pressure than the pressures around it will help push out the gases. Plenty of divers report farts at below 100' depths.
