You guys are so dumb! Its 1895...duh! Cars were slow. People weren't used to cars. Roads were not concrete nor six laned and there were horse carts and things. I can imagine kids of the future in wonder at the speeds for which we get tickets these days...unless...of course.....we're not even using roads anymore. Stupid police it seems!
