I'm from Brasilia (where the Monumental Axis is) and the way this has been phrased, it sounds as if the road has 160 lanes... The road has 2 avenues with 6 lanes on each side: a total of 12 lanes!!!

This would only be true if they were also driving on the median. The monumental axis can hold 12 cars, side by side. Seriously, 8 seconds and google solved this one for me. What kind of lazy, know-nothing is running this site?
