I find that hard to believe. With a terry towelling nappy the moisture stays on the baby bottom until the nappy is changed. For those of you that don't know, it's the constant moisture on the skin and the friction of the nappy that cause the rash. Disposable nappies have improved so much that as soon as there is any moisture it is sucked away from the babies skin so the baby stays dry. my daughter has not had nappy rash once and she's almost 1.
