China has more English speakers than the United States.

This is BS. Students trying to learn a language and speaking a few words is not the same as "speaking" English which implies some kind of fluency.

To say Chinese students can only speak a few words is quite ballsy... Their language system is much better than those in the US, Canada, and England.
