Infants spend more time dreaming than adults do.

could that have anything to do with the fact that they sleep more then adults?? My little cuz sleeps 22 hours a day

Actually, babies and infants dream more than adults because their conscious mind isn't suppressing the subconscious mind where dreams come from. They have much lower stress levels, and seeing as stress interferes with dreams, this is a large factor.
