This is true only because women rarely MAKE a decision in the first place: "Where do you want to go to eat, honey?" "Oh... I don't know. Anywhere!" "Ok, how about SuchAndSuch?" "No." "Ummm... how about SoAndSo?" "No." "Argh! Where DO you want to go?!?" "It doesn't matter. Anywhere is fine." ;-)
