At 0 K, all atomic/subatomic movement stops and becomes a solid. Also, greg, it isn't 0 degrees Kelvin, it is 0 Kelvin. Degrees signifies a unit of temperature, Kelvin is not a unit of temperature, but a measure of atomic movement.
