It's actually 2.5 Petabyte, in other words: 2500 Terrabytes.

A. 2.5 petabytes is not 2500 terabytes, it's ~2560 (rough estimate)
B. Human memory is not stored in the same way, or even in a remotely similar way, to bits and bytes. You just cannot compare the two; they are not alike. Even if you could, 4 TB would be horrendously small, considering everything humans need to remember.

Brain stores memories in neurons. That mean that memories are in fact existent. If you remove the neurons with the memories from the brain, you just lose memories. Its estimated that the neurons (which store electrical pulses in themselves) can hold up to 4 terrabytes.

what the heck. so there is a time when you cant store anything else in your (hard drive) this is ridiculious. There is no limit for the brain to store info im 27 and everything i see in this world is a picture in my brain,so how many pictues i have stored, what about memories, videos, names the entire lenguage i speak, not mentioning i speak 3 lenguages, blah blah blah,

I wish I could store files in my brain... cos I only have a crappy 80 gigs HARD DISK! LOL!
