so here is my THEORY what i personally THINK would happen (not what would definatley happen because im a keyboard warrior who's opinion is fact and that is that .... get a grip of yourselves)
if you were in a pressuriesd environment such as a suit or shuttle. and this suddenly lost pressure, such as a large hole appearing in it. the sheer force of the pressure around you dispersing surely has to cause some kind of damage.
i dont know about exploding / imploding i dont think its likley, but i think in that situation you would definatley be physically damaged to the point of death.
however if you were introduced into the vacum of space slowly, in a similar way that deep sea divers are reintroduced to the surface, that your body would become accustum to the lack of pressure and you would simply freeze / suffocate with little or no physical damage being done.
