No, otherwise everybody who gets struck would die... This is because if you were near the sun's surface you would pretty much melt.

well lightning is 5 times hotter then the sun, but you will find when lightning strikes a human body it gets 10 times hotter then the sun, and did you also know that a Liger can grow up to 13 feet long and weigh up to 1600 pounds, this is triple of the average lion, and double a big tiger, but a liger is one of the only two breed big cat offsprings that can reproduce.

There's a fact on here that says "A pinhead size of the sun has enough energy to kill someone from 160km away" so if this is 5 times hotter, that should mean it would kill everyone within a 800km radius, which it doesn't. ???

what kills you in a lighting bolt is not the temperature but the electrical charge. Temperature doesn't effect you because the lightning is to short while the electrical charge will damage or kill you, and this is just a guess but i believe the electrical charge from a lightning on the sun is much more power full then on earth so the temperature have no effect on the lightning bolt.
