Cullen first became the voice of Optimus Prime in the 1980s Transformers animated series, creating that distinctive deep, authoritative tone that defined the Autobot leader. When Michael Bay's live-action Transformers films launched in 2007, Cullen returned to the role, proving that some voices are simply irreplaceable. His contributions to voice acting earned him recognition at the highest levels. In 2010, Hasbro inducted him into the Transformers Hall of Fame—one of the first four humans to receive that honor.
