@anon - I have read the Bible, and there is nothing that says the world wasn't around 50 million years ago. Christians have just decided not to believe the million years stuff.

Have you even read the Bible? Of coarse it doesn't comments on ant farming millions of years ago, but don't say it's "closer" to fiction than science. There's scientific evidence that the events in the Bible actually did occur. Most of Jesus Christ's prophecies written in Bible have been fulfilled, but there is still still more prophecies that still have to come true. Do some resaerch before you say something next time.

Christians don't just decide not to believe the old Earth theory. We have evidence that opposes the "million years stuff" and actually supports the Young Earth theory (10,000-6,000 years old).
