Are you that dumb? This isn't trivia...it's useless false hate filled crap. It doesn't even make sense. Fuel energy? What is that? Average person? Who is that? Anyone would naturally assume that the AVERAGE person anywhere else in the world (except the US) would produce a different average (since averages vary greatly from place to place...not just the US you moron). Its not even possible to accurately calculate this in a scientific way that wouldn't cost an enormous amount of money. Haters...
