women have ALOT more commen sense than guys. Example: i was at a play in the middle school, and at intermission i went to get something from the vending machine. there wer a bunch of dudes standing around trying to get it to work. i tryed it, it didnt work, i shrugged and pushed the return money button and walked off.The stupid boys had kinda forgotten about that button and started pushing it trying to get they're money back after i walked off.i rest my case.

i believe it all depends on what they are being tested about because 9coming from a female0 that most guys would be smarter at sports and mechanical things as women would be smater with the children aspects, financial issues, and cleaning. Then there are some females and males that are good at all of the above. So it just depends on what you are questioning each sex about.

Men and women can have varing IQs but if whoever wrote this wishes to get tough against my gender males would have larger IQs because they have larger body masses requiring more brain to operate it. Also for the emotional compacity and that its not entirely true because men have reported to have larger brain function in those areas I know because I am one of those males so there I didn't want to get smart but since people wish to place facts I'll place facts back.

It is hard to place an average on a statistic that all the factors have not been included. I seriously doubt that the person who posted this fact went around the world to all of the 6.8 billion humans on this planet to obtain each IQ score. The human race is so diverse and unique that to be focusing on one group would be to produce a tampered result. IQ is mental age over chronilogical age multiplied by one hundred. for example, if a six year old is as intelligent as a nine year old his IQ is 150. But since the average six year old is as intelligent as the average six year old, the average (6/6 * 100) is 100.

To tell you the truth, I've met more men than women in my life, and more of the women I've met were much, much more intelligent than the men I've met put together. They generally have more common sense and are more mentally intact as opposed to men. Men are better physically while basically speaking, while women are better mentally. Girls use their brains while men use their bodies.

i do beleive what the subject you are testing them on is very important and there should be multiple subjects and studies but i dis agree with most peoples thearies that men are better at subjects involving sports because i am a women and im pretty sure i can out smart most men on the subjects of basketball and softball

This statement is incorrect. Scientific data suggests that there are more men of higher I.Q than women. At IQ 125 there are 2:1 men to women and 145 there are 8:1. . A quick google or wiki search will reveal this.

Actually, men and women have different learning styles. Before the year 2000, boys on average outtested girls in school at all ages. This meant, in stats, boys had an average IQ that was higher. After 2000, most schools in the US and worldwide changed their testing and grading policies. It has been shown that girls outperform boys as of the exam changes. This results in a higher IQ level for girls. Men and Women are not "smarter" than one another. Both, in general, have different ways of long term memorization.
